A tired property is secured, the dumpster rolls in, and demolition begins.

Step 2

Gut & clear-out

Interior spaces are stripped back to bare slab and structure.

Step 3

Mechanical, electrical & HVAC

New ductwork, wiring, and panels go in before anything gets closed up.

Step 4

Drywall & finish prep

Fresh board is hung, taped, and floated for a smooth, level finish.

Flooring & cabinetry

New luxury vinyl plank and custom black cabinet boxes get set in place.

Countertops & fixtures

Quartz counters, hardware, and vent hood bring the kitchen together.

Tile & bath build-out
